what the January 6 committee hasn’t shown, because they’re not litigating the matter but which the federal prosecutor will, because it clearly shows criminal intent is the fact that Donald was undermining mail in ballots from the very beginning, even before the election, because he knew they would be mostly democratic voters. to the extent that he was openly undermining the postal service with the justification that it would help Biden. when you connect that to his premature election night declaration of victory and demand to stop counting mail in ballots, any reasonably competent prosecutor should be able to prove criminal intent. and we haven’t even gotten to the fact that everyone around him was telling him he’d lost. this is an open and shut case and I have no doubt that he’s gonna be federally indicted after the midterms. let Merrick Garland do his due diligence and build his case.
